In February 2021, my husband and I made the decision to move our family from Wake Forest, NC, to Beaufort, NC. Ryan and I knew we ultimately wanted to be at the coast. Beaufort, NC, was home for us in late April 2021. At the time, we had a 12-year-old, an 8-year-old, a 6-year-old old and a 4-year-old. I knew I wanted to do something for myself once all girls were in school, but didn't know what. In September of 2021, I was taking Real Estate classes to get my NC license. While taking those classes, I soon realized our agent, who had helped us purchase our Beaufort home, hadn't been so great after all. I didn't want others to have the same experience with their agent.
I passed my exams and have been with RE/MAX Ocean Properties in Morehead City since June 2023. My first full year in real estate, I closed $6 million in total sales volume. I love to learn all I can about real estate, and properties my clients want to buy or sell. Knowledge is power, and anything I can do for my clients that benefits them and their goals, I want to be able to provide.
